Hotel Lublin - Website Design & Development

Hotel Lublin needed to establish a high-end digital presence to attract booking-ready guests and cut down on commission fees from third-party travel platforms. Their previous website was slow, unresponsive on mobile devices, and lacked real-time reservation capabilities, resulting in high bounce rates and lost revenue. In addition, the platform had to comply with modern hospitality security standards to protect guest booking details.

We designed and developed a bespoke, fast-loading Next.js website deployed on Cloudflare Pages to leverage edge caching. The user interface was optimised for easy navigation, room selection, and guest interactions. To secure the site, we implemented Cloudflare WAF, custom rate-limiting rules, and Grade-A security headers, shielding booking APIs from automated scraper bots without compromising performance.

The launch of the website resulted in a significant increase in direct room bookings within the first month. Mobile page load speeds achieved a 99% PageSpeed score, and the security systems successfully blocked all automated malicious traffic. The hotel now runs on a stable, scalable infrastructure that reduces dependency on high-commission agencies.
