URL Guard is a SaaS platform providing secure link redirects and API protection. We built a Next.js app on Vercel with a custom database and auth.
The Challenge
URL Guard needed a SaaS platform for link redirects and API protection. The system had to handle concurrent traffic spikes and protect redirect endpoints from SQL injection and DDoS attacks.
The Solution
We built a Next.js platform on Vercel with optimised PostgreSQL database storage. We protected redirect routes and APIs using Cloudflare WAF, custom rate-limiting, and database query parameters.
The Results
Redirect execution times averaged under 10ms. The platform handled heavy concurrent user spikes, and the Cloudflare WAF successfully blocked all database injection attempts.
