Does this script change campaigns or only report data?

It is read-only for campaign data and only writes rows into your Google Sheet. It does not edit budgets, bids, keywords, or ads.

Can I use this with MCC accounts?

This version is written for a single Google Ads account context. For MCC, you would add account iteration and either separate tabs per account or account labels in each row.

Why does the script use metrics.cost_micros?

Google Ads API returns cost in micros for precision. The script converts micros to standard currency units by dividing by 1,000,000 before writing to the sheet.

What causes empty sheet output?

The most common reasons are wrong sheet URL, tab name mismatch, or no spend in the selected date window. Verify those three first, then re-run.
